Do you want to get into shape for your wedding? Worried about squeezing into that wedding dress or suit?

Obviously the earlier you begin your program with Ian Woodhead PT, the easier it will be to get the results you really want. Having said that, if you've only got a month to go, don't think it's too late to begin.

To achieve your goals, I will take you through an ever changing routine of strength and aerobic training to get the most out of you.
