First of all, after the initial contact, we would meet for your FREE consultation, which gives us the chance to:
- Look at your past and current sport and fitness interests and experiences
- Discuss your lifestyle and nutrition
- Find out your health and fitness goals ( Be it 'pile on muscle', slim down or run a marathon)
- Fill in a health questionnaire and discuss your goals
- Talk about what I'll do to help you and make sure you reach your goals
A One Hour Personal Training Session with Ian Includes -
- A fitness workout to push you to your limits.
- A structured workout programme tailored to your needs.
- Motivation to help you kick start and work towards a healthy lifestyle.
- Diet advice from Ian to make sure you're eating the right foods to achieve your goal.
