About Me

Having always been interested in sport and fitness, I decided to make my career in an area that I have always been passionate about and have qualified as a level 3 trainer.

I mainly have a racket sport background and enjoyed reaching a high level in this discipline. My fitness level had to be consistently high during this time, with particular importance on training schedules and nutrition.

I embarked early in 2010 on a charity ultra marathon 62 mile run and pushed my body to extremes that I could never have imagined. This proves to me that if somebody wants to achieve something that much, focus and determination will get you there.

I have a genuine passion in helping others reach their goals, whatever level of fitness that individual wants to achieve.

I believe anything is possible and achievable and am more than happy to help and celebrate, anyone reaching their goals.
